Does the crew speak English?

  • Yes, Captain Pablo and the First Mate speak English & Spanish.


do I need a passport to travel to mexico?

  • ​Yes. For more information on U.S. Passports & International Travel click here. Routine processing time is about 4 to 6 weeks.


Can I take my fish home?

  • Yes. It’s no problem with the airlines or customs. However, your fish has to be frozen. Check with your hotel. Most hotels will freeze your catch for you. You will need a cooler with no drain spout. No ice or water is permitted in the cooler. Also, you will need a roll of duct tape to secure your cooler after inspection at the airline check-in counter.


What should I bring on my trip?

  • You should bring sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, lunch, and a camera. We provide drinking water.


What tackle is supplied?​

  • Everything you need for a great day of fishing will be supplied by the boat.


Can I bring my own fishing gear?​

  • Yes, it’s your trip and we are here to assist you in whatever is most comfortable for you.


Does the boat have a toilet?​

  • Yes, the boat has an enclosed toilet.


How many people can the boat take?

  • The boat can fish 4 plus 2 crewmembers.


What time and place does the boat leave?

  • The boat departs from Dock K, Marina Vallarta (located directly in front of the lighthouse) at 7am. 10 and 12 hour trips depart at 6:00am. Afternoon trips depart at 1p.m. for 4 hrs.


How much should I tip?

  • We understand that giving a tip is a personal choice. However, 10-20% is always greatly appreciated by the crew, even though, they will always take the extra step, regardless, to make your trip a special one.
